Volunteering

Volunteers are invaluable to Duke Street both during the week and on Sundays

We rely on numerous volunteers in a wide variety of areas to enable our midweek activities to happen. They include working with people - from children to youth and the vulnerable; technical skills and DIY, catering and hospitality, administration, DIY etc

If you are happy to join a rota or can help with 'one-ofs' then we would be delighted to hear from you.

Creche duties / Helping with mums and toddlers
Children's work - Volunteers need to be CRB checked
Refreshments / Catering
Cafe volunteers
Serving hot meals to the homeless and needy
Care Team - visiting, shopping, transport, DIY and helping with other practical needs
Editing sermons for broadcast on the radio
Processing CD orders
Receptionists and Office Volunteers
Volunteer Cleaners
Maintenance and DIY
